District announces drought and enacts Stage V
of the District's Drought Planning and Water Shortage Policy.


May 18, 2009
On Monday, May 18th the Board of Directors lifted all restrictions on
the use of water in Happy Valley for the remainder of the water year.


Contact District staff for information on compliance for water reduction.

HEIGHTENED SECURITY OF FACILITIES
In response to the events of September 11, 2001, Clear Creek is in a
heightened state of awareness concerning security of our facilities and
to insure the safety of our drinking water. All facilities have been and
continue to be inspected regularly and access has been suspended
to all but authorized personnel.

Please do not hesitate to call with questions, and report any suspicious
activities concerning District facilities to the office immediately.
